Chicken & Cheese sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 400 gm boiled & shredded chicken
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 slices baguette bread
  • 25 gm mozzarella cheese
  • 25 gm cheddar cheeseddddddddcd

Garnish

  • Parsley leaves

Preparations

Chicken & Cheese sandwich
  • Add the onion in the Usha Nutrichef Mini Chopper and chop them.
  • In a pan add sesame oil, chopped onions and caramelize it. Add boiled & shredded chicken and mix together. Add sweet chilli sauce, black pepper powder, sesame seeds, salt and mix till the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Place the cooked chicken on the bread and top it up with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Place the bread on the frying pan of USHA 360˚R Halogen Oven and cook at 180˚ until the cheese melts.
  • Garnish with parsley.
